THE LOFTS AT WOODSIDE MILL
Atlanta-based private real estate investment and development firm Crossgate Partners, in collaboration with BetschAssociates, Kelsey Cameron Interiors, and Caldwell Constructors, completed the redevelopment and historic preservation of Greenvilleβs Historic Woodside Cotton Mill in Spring of 2022. The iconic building with history dating back to 1902 has re-opened its doors as a 307-unit luxury apartment complex named The Lofts at Woodside Mill.
The nearly 500,000 square foot Mill now features a top-of-the-line clubhouse and entertainment kitchen, co-working space with private offices, conference rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, yoga and boxing studio, pet spa, and management offices.
The interior design by Kelsey Cameron Interiors has brought a modern flair to the industrial space, while preserving the buildingβs historical character. Various works by local artists are featured throughout, including paintings by Eva MaGill Oliver, Jeffrey Leder, and Jessica Field, as well as murals by Sunny Mullarkey and Julu.
Outside, residents can enjoy the resort-style pool and pavilion, grilling and entertainment area, onsite pet park, and local restaurant, Woodside Bistro. Currently underway are plans to redevelop ancillary buildings on the property into a Brew Pub and Retail spaces.
