Project in Progress

The Lofts at King Mill is a 300,000 square foot historic preservation project that we’re designing in collaboration with Crossgate Partners, Cape Augusta, Moeller Purcell Construction, and Booker & Vick Architects. Through adaptive reuse, we’re breathing new life into the 1882 John P. King Mill along the Historic Augusta Canal.

This project aims to redevelop one of Augusta's most significant cotton mills into a premier Class-A multifamily residential property with 245 units and luxury amenity spaces, which is slated for completion in the Winter of 2024.
